Pochettino: You can not compare Tottenham with Liverpool

Before defeating this season between Liverpool and Tottenham, his coach Mauricio Pochettino has claimed that it is unfair to compare his side with opponents still struggling for the Premier League title.

Tottenham, ranked third in the Premier League, will play today against Liverpool at Anfield, but there are 15 points that divide these two teams at the moment, though North Londoners have a less developed match than the Reds.

However, these two clubs have a completely different philosophy, according to the Argentine coach.

“Our philosophy is completely different. You can not compare our two projects, they are at a different level, “said Pochettino.

The pressure continues to be on the red, as Manchester City continues to retain its first Premier League position, with one point more than Jurgen Klopp’s side.

An eventual loss to the derby against Tottenham would give City a chance to score four points in the lead.

“Messi makes the difference, not Icardi”

Inter has been beaten 1-0 by Lazio in Serie A at Giuseppe Meazza and his finger is headed by Spalletti.

The coach left Mauri Icardi returning team, and it was clear that the team needed the Argentine at the last minute of the meeting, as Lautaro Martinez missed.

However, the coach does not think so, even mention Lionel Messi of Barcelona.

“Icardi? Negotiations are shameful for fans of Inter and for those who love this club. They should call on someone to wear the team shirt. This is embarrassing, “he added.

“Icardi should stay out of the match. If it continues to behave as it has recently been brought, it may start to return to the squad. People say we lost the game because it was not Icardi, but we lost matches with him on the pitch. Messi makes the difference, not Icardi, with all the respect I have for him, “he added among other things.

“Losing Lazio? It is a serious loss to a rival “.

Former Argentine striker: Messi suffers as Argentine

Former Argentine striker Martin Palermo has defended Lionel Messi from numerous criticism and has called on his country to support Barcelona’s wizard.

Messi recently played for his national team in defeating Venezuela, after which he said he would do his best to win something for Argentina.

Palermo has played alongside Messi for Argentina and feels it is time for the country to support the Barcelona star.

“Clearly he is angry and embarrassed by the comments made to him, so we have to show little respect,” Palermo said.

Messi will try to win the first trophy with Argentina in June at the America’s Cup, to be held in Brazil.

Van Gaal responds to Di Maria

The Dutch coach has answered the Argentine, who blamed the coach for his failure at Manchester United.

Louis van Gaal has said Angel Di Maria could not cope with pressure at Manchester United since the Argentine had blamed his former coach for the failure of the career of the Red Devils, reports the newspaper Express.

The Argentine was transferred to Old Trafford from Real Madrid for an amount that had then been a Premier League record, 68m euros. He was transferred during the 2014 summer transfer window and his first appearances with the red shirt were quite impressive.

However, Di Maria’s form suffered a drastic decline and he ended up leaving Manchester United just a year later. The Argentine moved to Paris Saint-Germain after scoring only four goals in 32 appearances for United.

Before the PSG match against Manchester United, within 1/8 of the Champions League final, Di Maria made it clear that he blames Van Gaal for his failure at Manchester United.

“There were complications with the coach at the time,” Di Maria said.

However, Van Gaal insisted that Argentine problems in England were not the fault of anyone other than him.

“Di Maria said it was my problem. I tried it in every attack position. You can prove this. He failed to convince me in any of those positions, “Van Gaal said.

“He could not cope with Premier League pressure. That was his problem. ”

Van Gaal then sold Di Marian to PSG for 50m euros in the summer of 2015. For the French champion, he has scored 59 goals in 166 games so far.
