Mourinho: I miss the job of the coach

Former Manchester United coach is hoping he will have the opportunity to lead a club next season, but has announced he will not accept any offer.

Jose Mourinho has admitted he misses the trainer’s job but promises to return the next season only if he finds the club and the league to motivate him.

Mourinho has been unemployed since December 18, when he was fired by Manchester United after two seasons and half in Old Trafford, where he won the Europa League and the League Cup with the “Red Devils”.

Since then, the Portuguese coach has been working as an analyst and commentator at Bein Sports. During this time, he was rumored to have been close to taking another task, including the position of coach in Real Madrid.

However, the re-appointment of Zinedine Zidan in this position of the Spanish giants made it impossible for him and left doubt as to where Mourinho could finish if he wants to return to his career as coach next season.

The Portuguese himself has talked about his future at a Portuguese training forum, admitting he misses the job and is hoping to return next season.

“I’m not suffering because I’m not a club coach. I have time to think about other things. But frankly, I would like to come back next season, “Mourinho said.

“I have decided not to take the lead of any club until next season and I will only return if I find any club and championship that motivates me.”

While Mourinho did not show what direction the club would like to receive next season, he admitted he was interested in becoming a Portugal national team coach any day.
